Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQ from drawings and project specifications. Measure completed work and prepare quantity statements. Monitor project quantities against BOQ and work orders.
Coordinate with the site, planning and project teams for measurements. Prepare quantity reports and other commercial documents as required. Qualification & ExperienceDiploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. 2–5 years of experience in construction or industrial projects.
Positive knowledge of BOQ, quantity measurement and billing. Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred. Site experience in industrial / petrochemical projects will be an advantage.
