About the Role

Asia Solutions is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 1-2 years of experience to support our Civil and MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, estimation, BOQ preparation, cost analysis, billing, and coordination with project and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for Civil and MEP works.
- Assist in preparing project cost estimates and quotations.
- Measure and verify quantities for completed works.
- Prepare interim payment applications, RA bills, and final bills.
- Check contractor/subcontractor bills against actual site measurements.
- Assist with material quantity estimation and procurement requirements.
- Compare supplier/subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparison statements.
- Monitor project costs and identify quantity or cost variations.
- Prepare variation statements and change-order documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, procurement, and accounts teams.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, BOQs, bills, quotations, and project costs.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies affecting quantities or costs.

Required Skills

Civil Quantity Surveying

- Quantity take-off for civil works.
- RCC, concrete, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, etc.




- BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
- Measurement and billing.
- Understanding of civil drawings and specifications.

MEP Quantity Surveying

- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting works.
- MEP quantity take-off and BOQ preparation.
- Understanding of MEP drawings and layouts.
- Material quantity estimation.
- Basic knowledge of MEP costing and rate analysis.

Software Skills

- MS Excel Mandatory.
- AutoCAD Required.
- MS Word – Basic/Good knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, or BIM/Revit will be an advantage.

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
- Candidates with experience in both Civil and MEP quantity surveying will be preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in Civil and/or MEP projects.
- Candidates currently residing in or willing to work in Bengaluru.
