Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and monitor progress against estimates.

- Conduct rate analysis, prepare rate analyses, and negotiate rates with subcontractors.

- Create bar bending schedules (BBS) and bill of materials (BOM).

- Verify contractor claims, process payment applications, and maintain project accounts.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-7 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field.

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification required; degree preferred.

- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, MS Office, etc.
