Quality Supervisor

Role: Quality Supervisor

Experience: 3–7 years in Quality Control / Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily quality inspection and control activities.
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished products.
- Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor production processes to identify defects, rejection, and rework.
- Manage and guide the quality inspection team.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain inspection reports, rejection records, and other quality documents.
- Ensure proper use and calibration of measuring instruments.
- Support internal, customer, and supplier quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards,



safety, and 5S.
- Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and share updates with management.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Quality Control and inspection processes.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product specifications.
- Experience in handling quality inspection teams.
- Knowledge of RCA, CAPA, and basic QC tools.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
