Role Description The Quality Supervisor – Aluminium Formwork Manufacturing Plant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The role involves overseeing quality control processes across the aluminium formwork production line, ensuring that all products meet established quality standards and specifications.

The Quality

Supervisor will monitor manufacturing activities, conduct inspections and tests, document quality metrics, and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with production and design teams, reviewing process compliance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills The candidate should be capable of handling the following key responsibilities:

- Inspection of aluminium formwork components at various stages of production.
- Verification of raw material and aluminium section quality as per specifications.
- Inspection of cutting, punching, welding, grinding,



buffing and finishing processes.
- Checking dimensions, hole positions, squareness, flatness and other critical parameters as per approved drawings.
- Identification and control of welding defects, dimensional deviations and fabrication-related quality issues.
- Conducting in-process and final inspection of wall panels, slabs, beams, columns and other aluminium formwork components.
- Preparation and maintenance of inspection reports, rejection reports and quality records.
- Coordination with Production, PPC, Store and Design teams for resolution of quality issues.
- Ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitoring rework and rejection and taking corrective/preventive actions to reduce quality issues.
- Supporting final inspection and dispatch clearance of finished aluminium formwork.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.
- Experience: Preferably 2–5 years in aluminium formwork, fabricationor similar manufacturing industries.
- Positive knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Practical knowledge of welding and fabrication inspection.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage shop-floor quality activities.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
