Responsibilities

- Nursing Quality Accreditations: Monthly audits

- Preparation of reports

- Closure of observation non-compliance

- Audits

- QI projects

- Preparation of audit schedule

- Carry out routine audits of departments

- Closure of Non conformities

- Quality projects

- Nursing Excellence

- Updation of Quality flash on daily basis.

- Checks for the incidence forms and their completeness

- Closure of all incidents with RCA CAPA (within TAT)

- Incident reporting through online Nursing Policies and Standards

- Dissemination, Implementation

- Train, Audits

- Core Competencies - Service Excellence - Team Player

- Technical Competencies - Subject knowledge and good presentation skills.

- High standard of teaching skills.

- Excellent communication skills

- Nursing PMS

- Monitoring of performance of staff nurses.

- Identification of training need assessment

- General Responsibilities

- Carr ys out duties with due regard to the nursing Mission, Vision, Objectives of the organization and the nursing department

- Is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for self, patients, visitors and other staff.





- Ensures that all duties are carried out to the highest possible standards and in accordance with current quality initiatives within the area of work.

- Maintains confidentiality of the patient s data and comply with the requirement of the organization.

- Performs any other appropriate duties, which may be required from time to time.

- Is responsible to ensure the clinical area has appropriate numbers and skill mix for the dependency level of the patients for the next 24 hrs.

- Maintains a positive approach to achievement within the team.

- Maintains effective team work.

Key Performance Indicators

- Nursing Audit Score >= 100%

- Patient positive feedback (TCEQ) >= 100%

- Ensure regular Monitoring of Quality Indicators

- Complaint Resolution within stipulated time: 90%

- Closure of non Conformities: 100%

- Timely progress of accreditation activities as per plan

- 2 QI projects

Job Requirements

- Minimum Qualifications MHA, BPT, MPT, GNM,B. Sc. Nursing M Sc Nursing

- Experience 2-5 years of experience

- Language Skills English Hindi
