The Head of Quality Control leads the QC department to ensure all raw materials, processes, and finished products meet strict company and regulatory safety standards. This senior leader manages inspection teams, builds testing protocols, and drives continuous improvement across operations.Key Responsibilities

- Lead Operations: Direct daily QC activities, testing schedules, and facility inspections.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to industry standards, legal mandates, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, cGMP).
- Manage Quality Audits: Oversee internal and external audits, root-cause investigations, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate QC engineers, inspectors, and lab personnel.




- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve defects and optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Track Metrics: Monitor quality KPIs, defect trends, and reporting to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
