Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with strong expertise in socks/hosiery manufacturing to lead end-to-end quality operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality from yarn and knitting through dyeing, finishing, stitching/linking, boarding and packing, while ensuring customer specifications and quality standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall quality operations across the complete socks manufacturing process.
- Monitor quality from raw material/yarn inspection to final packing and dispatch.
- Ensure quality control at knitting, dyeing, finishing, stitching/linking and boarding stages.
- Develop and implement quality standards, SOPs, inspection procedures and control plans.
- Conduct inline and final inspections and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Monitor and improve AQL, rejection, rework, defect and customer complaint performance.
- Identify root causes of quality issues using 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto and RCA techniques.




- Drive CAPA implementation and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Conduct process and product audits and ensure timely closure of quality findings.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Merchandising and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Analyze quality data and prepare regular MIS/KPI reports for management.
- Train and guide quality inspectors and production teams on quality standards and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customer, industry and internal quality standards.
- Support customer audits, third-party inspections and quality-related customer requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rejection, wastage and customer complaints.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Socks / Hosiery / Garment / Textile Quality.
- Good knowledge of knitting and hosiery manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of yarn, knitting, dyeing, finishing, linking/stitching, boarding and packing quality parameters.
- Robust understanding of AQL, CAPA, RCA, 5 Why, Fishbone and Pareto analysis.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
