Job Purpose

IMS implementation (System ( IS-17953-2023 , ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001

Key Responsibilities

- Implement all relevant procedures described in the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies
- Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System ( IS-17953-2023 , ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 )
- Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department
- Verify closure of non-conformities with Certification Bodies and Manage the audit nonconformity data base and provide detailed analysis of nonconformities
- Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors
- Thorough understanding of Quality Management Tools like ECN , PFMEA, 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, QFD, Six Sigma, SPC, MSA, 8D etc.
- Handling of activities related to QMS.- QMS (Investigation, Change control, deviation, complaint and CAPA).
- Participate in cross functional discussion and review of Deviation Investigation, QRM , Market complaint, implementation, and monitoring of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to avoid re occurrence as applicable.
- Candidate having experience of BIS certification ( IS-17953-2023 ) will be given preference.
- Responsible for preparation of QA documents, APQRs and its annexures, Control, Review, Issuance, retrieval and destruction of all plant documents in coordination with all the departments.

1. . Assisting and coordinating in internal & external audit related activities.
2. Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation,



and check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections
3. Monthly MIS Preparation of Finished Positive.
4. Monitoring & analysis of Internal & External Rejection trends.
5. Perfect implementation of CAPA against internal & External issue.
6. Manpower development ( Skill matrix implementation & Inspector certification )

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Educational Qualification

Essential:

- B.Tech ( Mechanical Engineering )

Preferred:

- ISO 9001~2015 Auditor

Experience Minimum Experience Required: 3.0 ~8.0 Year

Preferred Experience:

- Industry: uPVC Doors & Window manufacturing Industries
- Functional Area: System Quality
- Relevant Exposure: uPVC Doors & window Quality
