Job Responsibilities

- Overall leadership of Quality Assurance & Quality Control for fabrication operations.

- Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) as per company and customer requirements.

- Ensure compliance with applicable national/international standards, codes, specifications and customer requirements.

- Lead quality control activities for fabrication, welding, fit-up, dimensional inspection, NDT and final inspection.

- Review and approve ITPs, Quality Plans, inspection procedures, WPS/PQR, welding qualifications and quality documentation.

- Ensure effective control of incoming material inspection, material traceability and identification.

- Monitor rejection, rework, repair and customer complaints and drive corrective/preventive actions.

- Conduct root cause analysis and ensure timely closure of NCRs, CAPA and audit observations.

- Lead customer, third-party,



surveillance and certification audits/inspections.

- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Projects, Purchase and other functions for resolution of quality issues.

- Establish quality KPIs and review quality performance, trends and improvement initiatives.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rejection and rework.

- Develop, guide and mentor the Quality team and build a robust quality culture across the fabrication shop.

- Ensure calibration and control of measuring and testing equipment.

- Review and ensure completeness and traceability of all quality records and inspection reports.

- Provide strategic direction to management on quality risks, process improvements and customer requirements.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
