WE ARE HIRING - Quality Inspector (Machining)

Location: Ambad, Nashik

Experience: 2-3 Years

Department: Quality - Machining

Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical / ITI

Job Responsibilities:

- In-process & final inspection of machined components (Turning, CNC/VMC, Grinding)
- Handling measuring instruments - Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, Profile Projector
- Reading & understanding engineering drawings, GD&T;
- Preparing inspection reports, QAP & maintaining quality records
- Knowledge of MSA, SPC, 7 QC Tools, PFMEA, Control Plan
- Coordination with production for rejection control & corrective action
- Handling customer complaints related to machining defects

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of machining process & tolerances
- Hands-on experience with conventional & advanced measuring instruments
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 documentation
- 2-3 years experience in the Auto / Engineering manufacturing industry mandatory
