About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Control (QC) Executive to ensure that products meet the company’s quality standards and specifications at every stage of production. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting products, identifying defects, maintaining quality records, and coordinating with production and vendors to resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products as per defined quality standards.

- Conduct quality checks during different stages of production.

- Identify manufacturing defects, finishing issues, material defects, and size/specification deviations.

- Ensure products meet approved samples, specifications, and quality requirements.

- Maintain inspection reports, rejection reports, and other quality-related documentation.

- Coordinate with production, sourcing, merchandising, and vendors regarding quality concerns.

- Communicate defects and corrective actions clearly to the concerned teams.

- Conduct random and final inspections before products are dispatched.





- Monitor recurring quality issues and suggest corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and SOPs.

- Support vendor audits and quality improvement initiatives.

- Follow up with vendors and production teams on corrective actions.

- Maintain proper records of rejected, approved, and reworked products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in Quality Control, Production, Footwear Technology, Textile, or a related field.

- 1–4 years of experience in QC/Quality Assurance, preferably in footwear, apparel, fashion, or manufacturing.

- Positive understanding of product quality standards and inspection procedures.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

- Ability to work with production teams and external vendors.

- Willingness to travel to factories/vendors when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
