Designation: Quality Head – Fabric & Made-Ups

Key Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for fabric and made-up product quality.
- Manage incoming, in-process and final inspection.
- Ensure fabric quality as per buyer specifications, approved samples and standards.
- Handle fabric inspection, GSM, shrinkage, color, shade, defects, dimensional stability and workmanship.
- Monitor stitching, cutting, finishing, packing and final inspection of made-ups.
- Manage AQL inspection and prepare quality inspection reports.
- Handle customer complaints, RCA, CAPA and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Purchase and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Develop and maintain quality standards, SOPs, inspection procedures and control plans.




- Conduct supplier/vendor quality audits and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and applicable ISO / quality standards.
- Lead and train the quality inspection team.
- Monitor quality KPIs, rejection, rework and customer complaint trends.

Required Experience: 10–15 Years Industry: Textile / Garment / Home Textile / Made-Ups

Key Skills: Fabric Inspection, Made-Ups Quality, AQL, Buyer Standards, RCA/CAPA, Supplier Quality, Team Management.

Pay: ₹70,590.95 - ₹90,041.52 per month
