Job Summary

Wondra – Made For Wondraful Homes is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Quality Executive to join our team at our Poman, Vasai East facility.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards across manufacturing processes, conducting inspections, identifying quality issues, and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct inspection of incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Ensure products meet defined quality standards and specifications.
- Identify, investigate, and report quality-related issues and process deviations.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Maintain quality inspection reports, records, and other required documentation.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to approved quality procedures.
- Support root cause analysis for customer complaints, rejections, and internal quality issues.
- Monitor process quality and take timely corrective action wherever required.
- Ensure proper handling and segregation of rejected or non-conforming materials.




- Assist in developing and improving quality control procedures and inspection methods.
- Support internal audits and compliance with company quality systems.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to quality standards on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with production teams to improve overall product quality and reduce rejection/rework.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quality / Quality Control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of quality inspection and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in handling quality issues, rejection analysis, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Production and other departments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Should be comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment.
