As a Quality Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards across our business process management (BPM) practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying areas for process optimization and ensuring that our delivery meets the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive process excellence and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies for BPM practices, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company goals.
- Conduct thorough process audits and identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing process enhancements.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define quality metrics and ensure adherence to defined standards.
- Establish and maintain a robust quality management system, including documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas of concern, taking proactive measures to address them.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide regular quality reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas requiring attention.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance methodologies, incorporating new techniques as appropriate.
- Mentor and guide team members on quality assurance practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a BPM or process-oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies,



including Six Sigma, Lean, or similar frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools for process documentation and analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Certifications in quality assurance, such as CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) or CQE (Certified Quality Engineer), are preferred.
- Experience in developing and implementing quality management systems, including ISO standards, is an advantage.
