Job Title: Senior Engineer – Quality / IMS / EHS

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering

Experience: 8–10 years

Reporting To: QA Head / Plant Head

We are looking for a Senior Engineer – Quality / IMS / EHS with 8–10 years of experience in IMS, QMS, EHS and quality systems, preferably from a manufacturing or engineering industry.

The candidate will be responsible for managing IMS/QMS and Management Review (MR) activities , ensuring the effectiveness of quality systems and maintaining compliance with applicable standards.

The role involves coordinating with certification bodies, auditors and internal teams for internal/system audits, certification audits and closure of audit findings. The candidate will also organize Management Review Meetings, prepare and consolidate MIS reports, and track management action items.

The role also requires monitoring EHS compliance and coordinating the implementation of applicable SEMI standards .

The candidate will monitor product quality throughout the complete product lifecycle , starting from sales enquiry and order review through design, manufacturing and customer warranty.



The candidate will also analyse customer complaints and warranty issues and ensure effective corrective actions.

The candidate should have solid knowledge of RCA, CAPA, 8D, FMEA, MIS reporting and data analysis , and should be capable of driving continuous improvement based on audit findings, customer feedback and quality data.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of experience in IMS/QMS/EHS/Quality Systems within manufacturing or engineering industries. Experience in ISO 9001 internal audits, Management Reviews, certification coordination, procedure development, EHS compliance, SEMI standards, CAPA/RCA, MIS reporting and product lifecycle quality will be relevant for this role. Career Path: Senior IMS/QMS Engineer → IMS/QMS Manager → Quality & Compliance Manager → Head – Quality / IMS / EHS.
