Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Process Engineer for the Quality Department who will be responsible for monitoring injection moulding processes, identifying process-related quality issues, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control Injection Moulding processes and parameters.
- Ensure products are manufactured as per quality standards, drawings and specifications.
- Identify and analyze defects such as short moulding, flash, sink marks, warpage, burn marks, flow marks, weld lines, black spots, etc.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process and quality-related problems.
- Implement CAPA / corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, Maintenance and Quality teams for resolving process issues.
- Monitor mould trials, process setting and parameter validation.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports, rejection reports and process records.
- Ensure first-piece approval / line clearance and process compliance.




- Monitor rejection, rework and process deviations and take necessary corrective action.
- Support new mould/product development and process validation.
- Conduct process audits and ensure adherence to SOP, Work Instructions and Quality Standards.
- Maintain proper documentation related to quality and process improvement.

Required Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical / Plastic / Production / Polymer Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Injection Moulding Process & Quality.
- Good knowledge of plastic materials, moulds, injection moulding machines and process parameters.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone, RCA and CAPA.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in automotive / home appliance / LG vendor manufacturing environment will be an advantage.

Salary: As per experience and interview

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
