About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in shaping and leading our test automation strategy across multiple platforms, including web and native mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be a technical owner, responsible for designing and implementing robust automation frameworks from scratch, setting quality standards, and ensuring seamless integration within our development lifecycle.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and enhance automation solutions that improve product quality, reduce manual testing efforts, and accelerate release cycles. Your expertise will contribute to building a reliable, scalable, and intelligent testing infrastructure that leverages AI-driven techniques for self-healing and test triage at scale.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 9-14 years of experience in QA and test automation,



with a proven track record of leading automation initiatives in complex, multi-platform environments. A strong background in designing automation frameworks for web and native mobile applications is essential. Candidates should have extensive experience with Playwright and TypeScript for web automation, as well as Appium for mobile testing.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins, and reporting tools such as Allure, Jira, and Xray/Zephyr is required. Additionally, expertise in integrating AI technologies for self-healing and test generation, along with prompt engineering and LLM fundamentals, is highly desirable. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and native mobile applications from the ground up.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, review gates, and quality gates to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Lead the integration of AI-driven tools and techniques to enhance test generation, self-healing, and triage processes.
- Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.




- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous testing and deployment.
- Develop and maintain detailed test reports, traceability matrices, and dashboards to provide clear insights into testing progress and quality metrics.
- Mentor and guide mid and senior-level engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in test automation, AI, and software quality assurance, and incorporate best practices into the team’s workflows.
