1. Ensure quality of incoming materials and products throughout the production realization process as per defined Quality Assurance plan.

2. Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.

3. Create and maintain a culture of zero defect quality in the supply chain and organization.

4. Ensure zero defect products by using proactive quality tools (7 qc tools, 8D).

5. Identify defects or Deviation from standard and work with the production team to resolve them.

6. Perform In-process Final inspection as per drawing.

7. Maintain 1S 2S in the workplace.

8. Follow safety instructions Procedures.

9. Perform first piece approval ( FPA ).

10. Ensure transparency of quality deliverables to customers.

11. Awareness of Instruments Gauges. ( Vernier Calliper, Micrometer, DFT Meter )

12. Knowledge of drawing reading, Quality assurance plan Work instructions.

13. Computer skills.( Google drive, MS Word PPT ).
