Key Performance Indicators

- Defect Rate percentage of defects found in completed projects

- Quality Audit Results — scores from internal and external quality audits

Quality Systems &

- Documentation

- Prepare and maintain the QMS, Method Statements, Checklists, and related documents

- Ensure implementation of and adherence to the QMS Plan

- Verify that contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors, and review contractor documentation submittals

- Maintain accurate records, perform statistical analysis, and submit detailed reports to senior management

Quality Control &

- Inspection

- Monitor and audit ongoing construction activities, with continuous monitoring during execution

- Inspect final output against requirements; approve conforming work and reject defective work





- Certify and transparent completed activities before subsequent work proceeds

- Audit the RMC plant

Nonconformance &

- Escalation

- Monitor the disposition of all issued Nonconformance Reports (NCRs)

- Flag deviations from specifications to the Tower In-charge and GM Projects for rectification

- Escalate unresolved deviations to VP / BU Head — Projects

Coordination &

- Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate all quality-related correspondence with the contractor's representative

- Liaise with external parties — structural consultant, architectural consultant, external lab, contractor

- Drive a proactive approach with all stakeholders to uphold quality norms

- Attend quality and progress meetings with management
