This is a hands-on quality assurance role. You should be someone who has actually performed inspection, root-cause analysis, and quality documentation on physical electronic hardware — not a purely process/paperwork role with no hardware exposure.



If your background has no inspection or hardware quality experience, please do not apply. This posting is exclusively for quality engineers with an electronics or mechanical background (ECE, EEE, or Mechanical).

Minimum Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech — ECE, EEE, or Mechanical with CGPA 7.5+ (or equivalent) — applications below this will not be considered
- 2+ years of hands-on quality inspection/assurance experience on electronic hardware (not academic or theoretical-only projects)

What You'll Be Doing

- Incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components, sub-assemblies, and finished products
- Root cause analysis of quality issues using structured methodologies such as 8D and 5 Why
- Preparing and maintaining quality documentation — inspection reports, non-conformance reports, audit records
- Ensuring manufacturing processes comply with applicable IPC standards
- Defining and tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve recurring quality issues
- Supporting customer quality reviews, audits, and inspections for defence/aerospace programs

You Must Have Hands-On Experience With

- Incoming/in-process/final inspection and IPC standards
- Root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Why) and CAPA tracking
- Defence, aerospace, or other high-reliability product quality systems — strongly preferred
