- Align to the organizational quality policy and implement quality management system in the daily operational process SPR Improvement in process through product ratification
- First piece approval process of each model produced in a day Monitor the production report for deviations and take immediate corrective actions based on the same.
- Adhere to training plan of self and of the reporter's on QM process.
- Engage in the cross divisional quality audits to identify any non-compliance to standards.
- Identify and lead small scale Cl projects in process.
- Engage with the plant operations for designing and sustaining a defect free process.
- Ensure stoppage of production if process parameter deviations are recurrent and resulting in defective products. Get involved in the RCA process for any quality deviations and devise a preventive action plan.
- Prepare a monthly quality tracker for the plant.
9.Identification of key pain areas in the process and initiating Cl projects on it.
- Engage in shop floor level quality management training for the employees. Ensure Small Group Activities and Kaizen implementation in Quality Circles.
