Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques. Must have experience in sheet metal product handling. Candidates from manufacturing company are required.

- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Update and maintain inspection documents, forms, logs, conformance certificates and other records.
- Identify root cause of problems, analyze and develop remedial actions working with shop floor and engineers.




- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Having knowledge of control plan, all types of gauges,quick response chart, ISO and IATF Audit.
- should have knowledge of customer technical complaint report.

Qualification and Requirement: Candidate should be BE Mechanical.

- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Good math and technical skills.
