Key Resposibilities:

- Formulation of SOP, and implementation of the same.

- Develop and implement QC procedures for all stages: raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product evaluation.

- Supervise quality inspections during cutting, stitching, printing, and finishing of jute bags.

- Conduct regular sampling and quality audits on production batches.

- Defect & Non-Conformance Management:

- Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

- Maintain records of rejected goods and coordinate with production for rework or disposal.

Skillset:

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Textile Technology, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- 5–7 years of experience in quality control, preferably in jute or textile bag manufacturing.

- Understanding of jute material properties and bag specifications (GSM, weave, printing adherence, stitching strength, etc.).

- Familiarity with international quality standards for eco-friendly bags (e.g., ISO, SA 8000, Sedex, GOTS, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
