:

We are looking for a Quality Controller/QA professional with experience in the E-Publishing industry to perform quality checks and testing of digital publishing files.

Responsibilities:

- Perform QC and testing of EPUB, XML, HTML, PDF and digital publishing files.

- Check formatting, content accuracy, pagination, fonts, images, tables, hyperlinks and Table of Contents.

- Identify and document content, formatting and technical defects.

- Create, update and track defects using JIRA.

- Perform re-testing and regression testing after corrections.

- Ensure files meet client specifications, quality standards and project guidelines.

- Coordinate with Typesetting, XML, Production and Conversion teams for issue resolution.

- Maintain QC reports,



checklists and defect tracking records.

- Achieve defined quality and TAT targets.

Required Skills:

- Experience in E-Publishing / Digital Publishing / Publishing Production.

- Hands-on experience in Quality Control, File Testing or QA.

- Valuable knowledge of EPUB, XML, HTML and PDF.

- Experience using JIRA for defect/bug tracking.

- Knowledge of formatting, hyperlinks, TOC, images, tables and metadata validation.

- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
