Job Summary

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our Distillery Production and Quality Control team. The selected candidates will receive practical, on-the-job training in distillery operations, fermentation, laboratory testing, process monitoring, documentation, and quality control. The role provides hands-on exposure to key processes involved in the production of alcohol and Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA).

Key Responsibilities

· Gain practical exposure to distillery production and process operations, including milling, liquefaction, fermentation, distillation, and evaporation.

· Monitor and record critical process parameters such as temperature, pH, alcohol percentage, pressure, flow, and fermentation time.

· Perform Quality Control (QC) and laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished alcohol/ENA.

· Operate basic laboratory instruments, including pH meters, weighing balances, alcohol meters/hydrometers, titration equipment, and spectrophotometers.

· Monitor fermentation activities, assess yeast health, and support contamination-control practices.

· Maintain accurate production, laboratory,



and QC records as per company procedures.

· Prepare and update Excel-based production and QC reports.

· Identify process deviations and promptly report them to the Senior/Shift In-Charge.

· Support activities related to process efficiency, yield improvement, and product quality enhancement.

· Follow established safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental procedures during production and laboratory activities.

· Coordinate with Production, QC, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Basic understanding of distillery, fermentation, and chemical processes.

· Knowledge of basic laboratory testing and analytical techniques.

· Familiarity with MS Excel and data recording.

· Good observation and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to accurately maintain records and follow standard operating procedures.

· Willingness to work in a plant/production environment and rotational shifts.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Solid focus on quality, safety, discipline, and process compliance.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
