? Location: Mahuva, Gujarat
? Position: Quality Control Manager
? Industry: Food Manufacturing / Dehydrated Food Ingredients
?? Experience: 7–12 Years
? Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. – Food Technology / Food Science preferred
? Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall QC & laboratory operations
- Ensure quality of raw materials, in-process and finished products
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO and customer-specific standards
- Manage quality testing, documentation and food safety systems
- Handle customer, third-party and regulatory audits
- Drive continuous improvement in quality systems and processes
- Lead and develop the QC team
? Key Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Food Safety, Quality Control & Laboratory Testing
• Experience in dehydrated onion, garlic or food ingredients will be an advantage
- Knowledge of export quality standards and documentation
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good audit and customer-handling skills
- Immediate joiner preferred
