Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Control Executive with 3–8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, testing, documentation, and release of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials, and finished products in accordance with applicable GMP and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform and review quality control activities for raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Ensure testing and analysis are performed as per approved specifications, STPs, pharmacopoeial standards, and internal procedures.
- Review analytical test results and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications.
- Handle and investigate Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), deviations, and laboratory incidents as applicable.
- Maintain and review QC documentation, including analytical worksheets, test reports, logbooks, specifications, STPs, and certificates of analysis.
- Ensure proper sampling, testing, storage, and handling of laboratory samples.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Warehouse, R&D;, and other departments for quality-related activities.
- Ensure proper calibration, qualification, and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Monitor laboratory housekeeping, safety, and positive laboratory practices.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, data integrity requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in internal, customer,



and regulatory audits and provide required documentation and support.
- Assist in preparation, review, and updating of SOPs, specifications, analytical methods, and other QC documents.
- Support method validation, method verification, analytical method transfer, and stability studies, where applicable.
- Ensure timely completion of testing and reporting to support production and product release schedules.
- Identify quality issues and initiate appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in coordination with QA.
- Train junior QC personnel on laboratory procedures, SOPs, safety, and good documentation practices.
- Maintain laboratory records and ensure proper traceability and data integrity of analytical results.

Required Qualifications
- B.Pharm from a recognized university/institution.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good understanding of GMP, GLP, SOPs, OOS/OOT, deviations, CAPA, and data integrity.
- Practical knowledge of pharmaceutical quality control processes and documentation.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic laboratory documentation systems.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

- Pharmaceutical manufacturing / formulation industry
- Finished product and raw material testing
- Stability testing
- HPLC / GC / UV / dissolution / analytical instruments, as applicable to the product and laboratory
- Method validation and analytical method transfer
- OOS/OOT investigation
- Regulatory and customer audits
- GMP documentation and data integrity

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
