QUALITY CONTROL (QC) EXECUTIVE

Location: Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: Up to 3 LPA

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Hands-on experience in chemical testing of Raw Materials (RM) and Finished Goods (FG).
- Should know how to generate relevant QC reports and maintain accurate test records.
- 2–3 years of experience in a Quality Control Laboratory, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Good understanding of Wet Chemistry, Chemical Properties and Analytical Methods.
- Experience in handling laboratory instruments and maintaining proper calibration.
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Knowledge of secure handling of chemicals and laboratory safety procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for compiling and maintaining test data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform routine chemical and physical analysis of incoming raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain and track control and retention samples.




- Record test results and maintain detailed laboratory documentation.
- Prepare and maintain relevant QC reports and test records.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments.
- Ensure timely calibration and standardization of laboratory instruments.
- Follow chemical handling, waste disposal and PPE guidelines.
