Job Summary To ensure that all membrane products meet defined quality standards by conducting inspections, testing materials, monitoring processes, and maintaining proper documentation throughout the manufacturing cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of membrane products
- Check coating thickness, tensile strength, adhesion, and surface quality
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Maintain and update quality check reports, inspection logs, and test records
- Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and report the same
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for corrective actions
- Monitor process parameters to ensure consistency in quality
- Conduct random sampling and testing during production
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials as per quality norms
- Support in quality audits and process improvements
Skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and quality processes
- Knowledge of inspection tools and testing methods
