Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct quality inspections at site to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.

- Identify defects, anomalies, and deviations from design intent during construction phases.

- Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and checklists for high-rise building projects.

- Regularly check all construction steps, including digging, steel frames, concrete, brickwork, plaster, and waterproofing.Oversee concrete cube tests, slump tests, and soil/aggregate sieve analysis.Keep clear quality checklists and train site supervisors on proper procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Engineering role on High Rise Building Projects.

- Robust knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, zoning regulations; familiarity with local laws & bylaws.
