Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Analyst role based in Nadiad.

The Quality Control

Analyst will perform routine testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished injectable products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, preparing and documenting test protocols and results, and supporting investigations of deviations, out-of-specification results, and product complaints. The role involves close collaboration with production, quality assurance,



and regulatory teams to implement corrective and preventive actions and to continuously improve quality processes. The analyst will also contribute to maintaining GMP and GLP standards, updating standard operating procedures, and supporting internal and external audits.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret test data, identify trends, and support root cause analysis. Must Knowledge of HPLC, GC
- Hands-on laboratory skills, including sample preparation, handling of reagents, and adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment relevant to pharmaceutical testing.
- Solid knowledge of quality control principles and techniques applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Experience with quality assurance practices, including documentation, SOP compliance, and support for audits and inspections.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline. Must Know Shopesticated Instruments .
- Understanding of GMP, GLP, and international regulatory standards for human and veterinary pharmaceutical products.
- Attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced production environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical quality control or quality assurance laboratory is preferred.
