Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Checker – Electronics to join our warehouse and operations team. The candidate will be responsible for checking, inspecting, testing, and verifying electronic products before packing and dispatch.

The role involves ensuring products meet company quality standards, checking accessories and product details, identifying defects, and maintaining proper quality control as per company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect electronic products for physical damage, defects, and quality issues.
- Perform basic functional testing of electronic products.
- Check product model numbers, serial numbers, barcodes, MRP, and labels.
- Verify all required accessories and components are included.
- Check product specifications against the required standards.
- Identify defective, damaged, or incomplete products and report them to the supervisor.
- Perform quality checking of returned and opened products.
- Verify products before sending them for packing and dispatch.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and barcode placement.
- Sort products based on SKU, model, quality status, and dispatch requirements.
- Maintain proper records of checked, rejected, and approved products.
- Follow quality checklists, company SOPs, and inspection procedures.
- Handle electronic products carefully during inspection and movement.




- Support repacking and product recovery activities when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the quality-checking area.
- Coordinate with warehouse, packing, inventory, and operations teams.
- Complete assigned quality-checking activities within the required time.
- Perform other warehouse and quality-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

- ITI or Diploma in Electronics is required.
- Basic knowledge of electronic products and components.
- Basic understanding of electronic product testing is preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Good observation and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify physical and functional defects.
- Ability to follow quality checklists and SOPs.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a warehouse/operations team.

Overtime (OT)

- Overtime may be required based on business, order volume, or operational requirements.
- Eligible overtime will be paid separately as per company policy and applicable rules.
- OT hours must be approved and recorded by the authorized supervisor.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates residing in or around Pantheeramkavu / Kozhikode will be preferred.

Education ITI or Diploma in Electronics

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
