Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Footwear Quality Checkers with good knowledge of footwear manufacturing and quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting footwear at different stages of production and ensuring that the finished products meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect footwear for quality, workmanship, finishing, and overall appearance.
- Check upper, sole, stitching, bonding, fitting, finishing, and construction.
- Identify defects such as stitching issues, glue marks, colour variation, wrinkles, scratches, sole defects, size issues, and finishing problems.
- Perform quality checks during production and final inspection.
- Ensure footwear meets the required buyer/customer specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain quality inspection records and report defects to the concerned production team.
- Coordinate with the production,



sampling, and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure corrective actions are taken for repeated quality defects.
- Follow company quality procedures and inspection standards.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in footwear quality checking/inspection.
- Good knowledge of footwear construction and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of upper, sole, stitching, bonding, lasting, finishing, and fitting.
- Ability to identify footwear defects accurately.
- Valuable observation and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection procedures and documentation.
- Ability to work with production and quality teams.

Qualification
- 10th / 12th / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Footwear industry experience is mandatory.

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
