Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for a Quality Assurance Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, performing audits, and implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
They will work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards and identify opportunities for process improvements while ensuring the consistency of premium product delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems and practices
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory compliance
- Ability to conduct Quality Auditing and ensure adherence to standards
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Familiarity with tools and techniques used in quality testing and inspection
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Certifications in quality systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) are a plus
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments is advantageous
