· Ensure relevant specifications, approved drawings, method statements, applicable IS codes, manufacturer guidelines, and project quality procedures are available as controlled documents.

· Ensure compliance with all organizational and system (QMS/EMS/OHS) requirements.

· Ensure implementation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Quality Checklists, and Inspection Requests (IRs) for all finishing activities.

· Ensure all finishing materials are procured from approved sources and verify material approvals, manufacturer test certificates, and compliance with project specifications before installation.

· Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on all finishing works, including flooring, tiling, stone cladding, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, gypsum partitions, joinery, doors, windows, glazing, façade, and other architectural finishes, ensuring compliance with approved specifications and workmanship standards.

· Review and verify all quality records, inspection reports, mock-up approvals, material test reports, and consultant/client inspection observations related to finishing works.

· Ensure timely submission of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Quality Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) to the Head Office.





· Ensure suitable inspection and testing equipment is available for finishing quality inspections by coordinating with the Head Office for timely mobilization and replacement, wherever required.

· Prepare and periodically update the master list of inspection and testing equipment used for finishing works.

· Identify, calibrate, and maintain the master list of measuring and testing equipment used for finishing quality inspections.

· Conduct compatibility and trial/mock-up checks whenever there is a change in material source, manufacturer, or approved system.

· Conduct product and workmanship quality inspections as per approved procedures, checklists, and acceptance criteria before, during, and after execution.

· Monitor workmanship quality through stage-wise inspections and ensure timely closure of observations, NCRs, and punch points before subsequent activities.

· Coordinate with execution teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with approved quality standards.

· Inform the reporting authority of inspection findings, recurring quality issues, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and quality trends with supporting data and recommendations at regular intervals.
