Industry: Apparel / Garment Sourcing & Buying The candidate will take ownership of order execution from production follow-up through final shipment, ensuring that every order meets the required quality standards, buyer specifications and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end follow-up of orders placed with Tirupur factories
- Drive factories towards on-time production and shipment
- Monitor product quality at every critical stage of production
- Ensure compliance with buyer SOPs, quality manuals and inspection requirements
- Follow up on PP samples, approvals, testing and inspections
- Identify quality risks and drive timely corrective actions
- Coordinate closely with factories, Head Office and buyers
- Provide clear and timely updates on production,



quality and shipment status

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented and proactive, with:

Strong apparel QA / production knowledge

Good merchandising and factory follow-up experience

Excellent communication and coordination skills A sharp eye for quality and workmanship

Strong ownership and problem-solving ability

Good understanding of buyer SOPs and compliance requirements

Willingness to travel to factories across Tirupur
