Your future duties and responsibilities:
Manage the engagements independently and drive the QA activities aligning to client and engagement expectations.
. Support the engagement is collecting the data and analysing the data.
. Drive the ISO; CMMI audits along with the internal quality audits.
. Good understand of the agile concepts and able to facilitate the agile engagements.
. Good experience in excel and any other BI solutions to drive continual improvements / automation initiatives.
. Work with the lead /managers to identify the improvements required for the engagement
. Ensure that the best practices are shared with the teams and ensure that they are implemented effectively.
. Ensure effective coordination between QA and delivery teams

Provide orientation/training to delivery teams on various process and quality management aspects
