Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India. This position is responsible for overseeing quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining company-wide quality standards across manufacturing and distribution activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and updating standard operating procedures, coordinating internal and external audits, reviewing batch records and documentation, and investigating quality issues or deviations.

The role also involves leading corrective and preventive actions, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, R&D;, and regulatory affairs,



and training team members on quality policies and best practices.

The Quality Assurance

Manager will monitor key quality metrics, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure that all products meet established specifications for safety, efficacy, and reliability.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems, GMP, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Experience in quality assurance within pharmaceutical manufacturing or a closely related healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in audit management, documentation control, deviation handling, and CAPA processes.
- Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement practical improvement measures.
- Effective leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring quality-focused teams.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for reports, procedures, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Master’s degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or an equivalent technical field.
- Familiarity with validation, risk management, and change control in a regulated environment.
- Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to ethical and compliant practices.
- Experience working with international quality standards or multi-country operations is an advantage.
