Role: QA Lead

Skillset: Selenium, Playwright, Manual.

Experience: 8+ Years

Location : Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities: :Hands-on experience in performing integration testing with external systems, APIs, third-party applications, and downstream/upstream interfaces. Solid understanding of test automation concepts, automation frameworks, and programming/scripting languages, with the ability to collaborate effectively with automation teams.

Experience in leading QA teams, mentoring testers, reviewing test deliverables, and ensuring adherence to testing standards and best practices. Solid experience in manual testing, including test planning, test case design, test execution, defect tracking, defect lifecycle management, and test reporting. Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Proven experience in requirement analysis, identifying test scenarios, preparing test strategies, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with business stakeholders, developers, product owners, and project managers. Familiarity with test management tools for test planning, execution, traceability, and reporting.

Experience in performing functional, regression, system, integration, end-to-end, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support. Strong understanding of defect management processes, including defect triage, root cause analysis, severity/priority assessment, and closure validation. Ability to analyze complex business workflows and translate requirements into effective test cases and test scenarios.

Experience in validating data flows,



database testing, and backend testing using SQL queries. Skilled in creating and maintaining test plans, test strategies, test execution reports, and quality metrics dashboards. Ability to estimate testing effort, plan resource allocation, track progress, and manage testing deliverables within project timelines.

Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and driving quality initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a quality-first mindset. Exposure to performance, security, and accessibility testing concepts and their impact on overall product quality.

Experience in handling multiple projects/releases simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
