As a Cluster Manager, you will be the CEO of your region.

- The Mandate

You will own quality across the entire studio network end to end — compliance with how a studio is meant to run, the customer experience it delivers, the physical readiness of the floor, and the integrity of every rupee that passes through it. You'll design the audit system itself — what gets checked, how often, through what method — and build and run the team that executes it. You'll report to the Director of Operations AT, with the standing to raise what you find directly and have it acted on.
- What you'll be doing

Checking every studio against its own standard — how it opens, how it closes, the process it's supposed to run — through visits that are sometimes announced and sometimes not, in person and on camera, so what you see is what's actually happening, not what's being reported. Following through on what you find. A gap logged and forgotten is worse than no audit at all — you'll drive every finding to a real fix, and when the same issue shows up in more than one studio, you'll catch that it's not five separate problems but one system that needs to change.





Defining what a great customer experience looks like in an Aliens studio, and checking every visit against it — real visits and unannounced ones — so the standard is more than a document nobody's held to.

Owning the physical readiness of every studio — hygiene, safety, the equipment a session actually depends on — and catching what's broken before a customer does.

Protecting the integrity of what happens at the till. Every rupee collected reaches the business, every invoice gets raised, every number in the system can be trusted — and when it can't, you're the one who catches it and escalates it.

Building the entire audit system from nothing — the calendar, the criteria, the dashboards that make every studio's status visible without anyone needing to ask — designed to keep running whether or not you're the one checking that day.

Hiring and growing the team that makes all of this real at network scale — holding the bar on every seat, and coaching the kind of discipline that makes an audit actually mean something.

- What we're looking for

You've done this before — run quality or audit work across multiple locations, not a single site. You know that a standard which only holds where someone's watching isn't a standard at all. Your eye for detail borders on the obsessive. You catch what other people walk past — the small drift that becomes the big failure six months later.

You think in systems, not incidents.



You don't just find problems; you build the process that catches the next hundred before they happen.

You are exacting with numbers, especially where money and trust intersect. When a finding is inconvenient for someone — a studio manager, a high performer, someone senior — you report what you found, not what's comfortable.

Most people who are positive at meticulous, detailed inspection work are not naturally the kind of person who can also design a system and build a team. This role needs both — the person who'll walk a studio floor at 7am checking a washroom, and the person who'll sit down and design the dashboard that makes a hundred studios' worth of that visible at once.

Bachelor's degree, with a track record in quality assurance, audit or operations across a multi-location retail, hospitality or service business. That's the baseline — what we're actually hiring is the judgment that comes from having done this at scale before.

- What success looks like

every studio in the network is audited on a published cadence, with nothing left unaccounted for. The compliance status of any studio is answerable in a moment, without needing to call and check. Cash and billing integrity is verified everywhere, and the leaks that used to go unnoticed get caught before they become losses. The audit system runs as a system — not as you personally visiting every studio, but as a team you've built and trained, working to a standard you designed and can walk away from without it slipping.

Bachelor's degree, with 6–10 years in quality assurance, audit or operations, Education: Bachelor's degree, any discipline A quality or process-audit certification — Six Sigma, ISO auditing or equivalent - This is optional, However this is an added advantage
