Role Description The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer is a full-time, remote role responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of the company’s digital and operational systems. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing automated test frameworks, creating and maintaining test cases, and executing both manual and automated tests to validate software functionality.

The role involves identifying defects, documenting findings, collaborating with developers and product teams to resolve issues, and improving testing processes and coverage. The engineer will also help define quality standards, monitor system performance,



and contribute to continuous integration and delivery practices to support stable releases and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance and Software Testing skills, including understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Candidates should possess experience in designing, writing, and maintaining Test Cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Manual Testing, with the ability to systematically validate features and identify edge cases.
- Candidates should possess hands-on QA Automation experience, including building and running automated test suites and working with relevant tools or frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar) is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams and familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
