Role Description The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area in a full-time capacity. This role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to validate web and digital marketing-related software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with developers and marketers to understand requirements, creating and maintaining test plans and test cases, performing manual and automated testing, documenting defects, and tracking their resolution.

The engineer will help improve testing frameworks, ensure consistent software quality, and contribute to continuous integration and delivery processes. The role also includes participating in review meetings,



suggesting process improvements, and supporting release readiness activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Software Testing, with a clear understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in creating and managing Test Cases, including test planning, test execution, and defect documentation.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Manual Testing skills, including functional, regression, and usability testing.
- Candidates should possess experience in QA Automation, including building and maintaining automated test suites and working with common automation tools or frameworks.
- Relevant skills such as familiarity with web technologies, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are important.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to document and present findings clearly are required.
