: Production and Quality Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Production and Quality Coordinator to oversee our daily manufacturing operations while upholding the highest standards of product excellence. In this dual-focused role, you will be responsible for optimising production line efficiency, ensuring workflows hit target outputs, and enforcing strict quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) protocols. The ideal candidate will seamlessly balance the speed of production with the accuracy of quality standards to prevent defects and minimise waste.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management & Workflow Optimization

- Oversee Daily Operations: Monitor production lines to ensure daily manufacturing targets and deadlines are met efficiently.
- Machine & Process Setup: Coordinate the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of manufacturing machinery.
- Inventory & Material Flow: Track the movement of raw materials and finished goods to maintain a smooth, bottleneck-free production process.
- Team Supervision:



Guide and motivate line operators, ensuring all staff adhere to operational blueprints and safety protocols.

Quality Assurance & Inspection

- Material Inspection: Inspect and approve incoming raw materials by conducting visual and measurement tests, rejecting non-compliant stock.
- In-Process & Final Testing: Conduct routine checks on the assembly line and test finished products against company blueprints and client specifications.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identify manufacturing defects, isolate affected batches, and lead root-cause investigations to prevent reoccurrence.
- Compliance & Audits: Maintain the plant’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 or other relevant regulatory standards.
- Equipment Calibration: Keep measurement tools and testing equipment calibrated and functioning perfectly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
