Experience: 1.5 to 2 Years

Shift: Flexible / Rotational Shifts

:

- Perform QA testing for websites, standard & rich-media banners across desktop and mobile devices.
- Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
- Perform functional, usability, visual, proofreading, and device testing (iOS/Android).
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through closure.
- Maintain QA documentation, defect repositories, and testing metrics.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Follow QA methodologies, processes, standards, and testing best practices.
- Support process improvement, root cause analysis, risk management, and quality initiatives.
- Ensure testing activities are completed within deadlines and project requirements.

Required Skills:





- 1.5 to 2 years of QA / Software Testing experience.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and test case writing.
- Device testing iOS, Android, Desktop & Mobile.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS, Website Publishing, Hosting, SEO.
- Knowledge of Workfront is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and multitasking skills.

Positive to Have:

- ISTQB / Digital Marketing certification.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering.
