Roles and Responsibility

- Conduct thorough quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

- Develop and implement effective quality control processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

- Analyze data and trends to identify patterns and opportunities for growth.

- Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures and best practices.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in quality analysis and assurance, preferably in a BPO or IT-enabled services setting.

- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

- Experience working in an international setting, with knowledge of cultural nuances and sensitivities.
