ROLE OVERVIEW

This is not just a testing role. This is a product-focused quality role responsible for ensuring that features, workflows, and releases meet quality standards before going live.

As Quality Analyst, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Support, and Operations teams to test product modules, identify defects, validate workflows, and support release readiness. You will help ensure that customer-facing features are stable, usable, and aligned with business requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Functional Testing & Defect Management

- Test product features, workflows, and modules based on requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects until closure.
- Validate fixes and ensure product quality before release.

B. Test Planning & Documentation





- Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and test execution reports.
- Maintain testing documentation for releases and product changes.
- Ensure coverage across critical workflows and edge cases.

C. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to clarify requirements and expected behaviour.
- Coordinate with Customer Support and Operations teams for UAT inputs and issue validation.
- Support release readiness by ensuring testing closure on time.

D. Quality Improvement

- Highlight recurring defects, product gaps, and usability issues.
- Support improvement of QA processes, checklists, and testing discipline.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in release quality and customer experience.
