Role Description The Quality Analyst role involves reviewing mystery shopping audit reports submitted by auditors. The candidate will be responsible for checking report accuracy, consistency, grammar, and adherence to client-specific guidelines before reports are shared with clients. Training will be provided.

Must-Have Qualifications (Screening Questions)

- Are you comfortable reviewing written reports for accuracy and grammar?
- Can you read, write, and understand English fluently?
- Are you comfortable working remotely and independently?

Key Responsibilities

- Review and quality-check mystery shopping audit reports.
- Ensure reports meet client guidelines and project requirements.




- Verify consistency between written responses and submitted proofs.
- Identify errors, missing information, or discrepancies in reports.
- Provide transparent and constructive feedback for corrections when required.
- Maintain quality standards and meet reporting deadlines.

Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good written English and grammar skills.
- Ability to follow structured guidelines and checklists.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, documentation review, auditing, or report checking is a plus.
- Experience in mystery shopping, market research, healthcare documentation, or customer service is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation Salary: 1000 AED per month
