We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst Executive to join our QA Department in Kochi. If you have strong process monitoring skills, sharp attention to detail, and thrive in an operational compliance workplace, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview The Quality Analyst - Executive is responsible for maintaining accuracy, process compliance, and timely execution across our post-admission student workflows. You will perform verification calls, audit documentation, track departmental compliance windows, and support overall quality assurance reporting under the supervision of the Associate Quality Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitors post-admission processes and ensures compliance with timelines.
- Verifies student documents, admission data, Welcome Mail and Welcome Calls.
- Conducts student verification calls and identifies discrepancies.
- Maintains QA trackers, records and daily reports accurately.
- Follows up with Sales,



CRE, Admin, Accounts and other teams on pending cases.
- Monitors SOP compliance, process deviations and escalations.
- Supports audits and corrective-action tracking.
- Reports to the Associate Quality Analyst for review and approval.
- Requires good communication, attention to detail, follow-up and Google Sheets/Drive skills.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in QA, operations, or process management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Forms.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
