Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QSR Interior- Project Manager to manage and execute interior projects for our QSR outlets. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from design stage through completion while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage QSR interior projects from concept/design stage to final handover.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, signage, and other interior works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Track project timelines, budgets, materials, and manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of work.




- Identify and resolve site-related issues and project delays.
- Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are maintained at all project sites.
- Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and material requirements.
- Prepare regular project progress reports for management.
- Manage multiple outlet projects simultaneously and ensure timely handover.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or commercial interior projects.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of interior execution and site management.
- Experience in vendor and contractor coordination.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
